Flavours and Dietary Requirements
We provide a wide range of flavours including traditional fruit cake baked using the finest quality ingredients and matured for a minimum of 3 months. Other flavours we offer for celebration cakes are vanilla, lemon, chocolate, coffee, carrot, red velvet, marble, banoffee and ginger cake all provided with delicious buttercream fillings. Please ask for details.
Our Deluxe chocolate celebration cake flavours include milk chocolate, lemon and white chocolate, coffee, chocolate orange, milk chocolate and baileys and black forest. Deluxe cakes are covered with Belgian chocolate paste or ganache depending on the design.
We also cater for various dietary requirements and can provide dairy free, wheat (gluten) free and eggless cakes. Please contact us for more details.
